Desktop Director software questions

Hi,

I have two hours of footage that I can view on the Director, but the videos will not transfer to the Director. I am running Win 10, I understand my computer video adapter may not be the best but damn…do I have to buy a new computer just to use this camera? Could be I am just doing something wrong, but I can leave the camera USB hooked up for hours and the video will not transfer. I am trying to like this camera, and I know it’s first gen. Also, when hooked to PC, I have 3 or 4 360fly icons listed as external drives, or D: drive. Anyone got any suggestions?
